• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled consultation: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel consultations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

No Professional Relationship

Our consultation services do not create:

• A solicitor-client relationship
• A financial advisor-client relationship
• An agency or fiduciary relationship
• Any obligation to provide ongoing services beyond what is specifically agreed
